TL;DR: We’ve added in functionality that enables users to quickly pull up email and text templates for multi-channel communication between Sales Reps and Leads/Customers within the app. We’ve also added in several new email and calendar integrations.
∙ Sales Reps can integrate with most of the popular email and calendar platforms (Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, Yahoo, AOL, etc.).
∙ The multi-channel communication capability has been extended to include email.
∙ All users can create communication templates for Text and Email in the web app, and then quickly access and send those directly from the mobile app.
∙ Sales Reps can dial Leads directly from the plus button interface.
We also fixed bugs that were impacting the user experience.
