Our app only works on iOS 11 or later. If your device doesn't support iOS 11 (such as iPhone 5 and earlier), you can still access My Vodafone via the web.

- Customers on an eligible mobile plan can now change and compare between our new Lite, Super and Ultra plans
- Improvements to the ‘Pay my bill’ process that provide a greater explanation of bill status and payment eligibility
